LEADERSHIP AND ENTERPRISE
For nine years, Leadership and Enterprise supported young people to transform their relationship with conflict and step into leadership in their own lives and communities.
Leadership and Enterprise has been working in the boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark with young people who face heightened levels of risk: exposure to serious youth violence, harmful group norms, and criminal exploitation. This has been against a backdrop of increasing poverty and inequality with all of the social and emotional strains on young people and families that entails.
The L&E programme has not only provided safe space and vital support, but has shifted norms, strengthened protective relationships, and created pathways into leadership for young people who are too often overlooked.
