OUR PROGRAMMES:

THE KICKBACK PROJECT

Building confidence, strengthening relationships and helping young people navigate conflict, challenge and change through the Kickback Project.

The Kickback Project delivers engaging workshops and group programmes for young people in schools, youth clubs and community settings. Through practical activities, honest conversations and shared reflection, young people develop the skills, confidence and self-awareness to navigate everyday challenges and build positive futures.

WHAT IS THE KICKBACK PROJECT?

A space to learn, connect and grow.

The Kickback Project supports young people to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships and develop practical life skills that help them thrive.

Every session creates opportunities for young people to explore their experiences, learn from one another and develop new ways of responding to conflict, pressure and uncertainty.

Our approach is interactive, supportive and rooted in learning through experience rather than simply being told what to do.

“I learned that some behaviours may challenge me more than others, and I will apply this by encouraging myself to step out of my comfort zone and seek support when I struggle with aspects I’m not confident or comfortable with”
