Coram Leap’s Facilitator Development Programme (FDP) is a free course for 18–25-year-olds who are already working with young people, whether that’s through youth work, peer leadership, schools, or community spaces.
FDP is an incredible opportunity to build facilitation skills, grow confidence, and gain real delivery experience with expert support.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
- Level 2 Award in designing and facilitating a workshop
- Experiential learning, peer support, and real-world delivery
- Certification and potential recruitment to Coram Leap’s freelance trainers pool
- Expert conflict navigation & facilitation training
The course kicks off in October and runs across a series of weekend and evening sessions as well as a free residential.
