WHAT IS CONFLICT?

Conflict is a natural part of human interaction. It happens when people have different views, values, or needs and often comes up during challenges or when people want change.

But conflict isn’t always negative. At Coram Leap Confronting Conflict, we believe that learning to navigate conflict effectively helps individuals and communities thrive.

When navigated thoughtfully, conflict can strengthen relationships and create positive change in our lives and communities.
